Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we may offer store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item has not come into contact with food

The item is unwashed and in original condition

All original packaging is intact

Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, any item that has been used, washed, or opened cannot be returned.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
